: Vice General Manager
Location : Jakarta, Indonesia
Job Description :
(1) Formulate and implement business development strategies and relevant business management;
(2) Assist the general manager
in managing the company's daily business activities, and completed the business targets assigned by the board of directors;
(3) Assist the general manager to improve the company's organization management system and operation
system, and ensure the company's lawful operation;
(4) Explore business development channel innovation to promote sustainable business development of the company.
REQUIREMENT APPLICATION CONDITION
1.
Be honest and trustworthy, and abide by the law.
2. More than 5 years of working experience in insurance, investment and other major industries and more than 2 years of grass-roots front-line work experience.
3. More
than 10 years working experience in finance and insurance. At least 3 years management experience as deputy general manager (or equivalent) in branch company.
4. Age below 50 for full-time employment (born after 1 January
1970), and age below 45 for deputy employment (born after 1 January 1975), especially outstanding may be relaxed.
5. Bachelor degree or above in economics, finance, insurance, internationally recognized professional
qualification (ACII, ANZIIF) or internationally recognized professional qualification in investment field is preferred.
6. Familiar with the official language of the country in which the job is to be held in addition
to Chinese is required. Working experience abroad, familiar with local work and cultural environment is preferred.
7. Experience as a responsible person in a department or branch of a large financial group or a large
investment bank is preferred.
