PT. China Taiping Insurance Indonesia in return of the premium received has an obligation to indemnify the other party (the Insured) in case of any loss or damage to the object insured subject to the terms and condition stated in policy.
In lined with the business development in the company, claims department handle all claim raises from 5 classes of business: Fire, Engineering, Cargo, General Accident and Motor Vehicle. We have standard procedures covering any details of claim process once we receive a notification from the Insured or their intermediaries until the proposed settlement is accepted.
